I love my trainer, caitlyn robb. She makes things challenging yet fun, and knows how to work with my injuries and medications. I love the pool and hot tub. I wish the locker room was finished.
You have the best amenities in the area, your schedule allows for complete flexibility, and your pricing is absolutely amazing compared to my previous gym memberships.

It's great but construction has been going on for 2 years. Also, I swim for cardio. Again, 2 years without a pool.
When I first joined on the weekends the gym opened at 0500. Can we please go back to that for some of us 0700 is still to late.
The facilities are nice, clean, and numerous
I want you guys to put in a water receptacle to fill our water bottles. It needs to be installed above the water fountains. Also please regulate the heat upstairs in the yoga room
The Hours and location.
I like the workout classes, my favorites is body combat at Merle Hay rd on Tuesday night with Jessica, body pump, and core on Saturday mornings. I also like the cardio class at Hickman on Wen night. After working out I like to go in the sauna.
The machines need to be serviced more often, there’s a lot of broken equipment.
I love everyone there all super friendly and especially Jacob
Openness--lots of machines, good space around them, you can come in for twenty
minutes and not get in the way of the hard-core people.
Mens locker room needs showers cleaned of mold
The roof leaks need to be addressed
Equipment in weight room needs regular cleaning
Use of different equipment, track, most people are friendly.
Staff is super friendly, trainers are amazing, and a lot of different facilities for various forms of exercise.
Steam room is my favorite. Being able to see and chat with Leo. The open space upstairs is comfortable and the layout is appealing.
Convenient locations, plenty of equipment even on busy days, accommodates multiple workout styles, excellent classes and instructors, friendly staff and the steam and sauna in the locker rooms!
I like the variety of classes, swimming, and steam room.
It takes FOREVER to get things fixed. The place smells like a sewer in the mornings. Get the pipes fixed. There is a lane marker broke in the pool. It has been hobbled together for a couple of years and now it is broken. Just buy a new one. There is a mirror in the exercise studio that is cracked. I don't understand why things cannot be fixed. Now we lost the best manager with no one to take his place.
The group instructors are the very best and is who keeps me at this gym.
The monthly rate is so much higher than other fitness facilities. I have been a member for several years and new members receive a better rate than I have been paying. I really like the instructors that teach Les Mills, however I am seriously considering changing due to the rate I have been paying for years without a break. Does not seem right that new members get a better rate. Wouldn't you want to want to appreciate the members that have been paying for 10+ years?

The showers are dirty, never any soap and most soap dispensers are broken.
In general the facility is not kept very clean. Dust is visible in many areas. I realize it is a large facility but I often want to offer to come in for a week and clean the place better.
The charges are insane. One month it’s one amount one month it’s another. It’s ridiculous i pay 70$ a month as a platinum member yet I’m still being charged 50$ for upkeep services as if 70$ a month isn’t enough? The staff NEVER helps me. And the fact that you can join but not cancel online is mind boggling. I see genesis more of scammers than anything else.

Les Mills classes and the instructors
