OTF is my stress-reliever. I love that I walk into the studio and I don’t have to come up with my workout, I am told what to do every step of the way. The coaches offer great feedback and make sure that they offer alternatives to all the exercises. OTF is the best!

I like the coaches and the different workouts. Keeping it different makes it so I do not feel like I am doing the same thing, even though in a way I am. 😊

I love that the workout is different everyday and all you need to do is show up. The coaches know you and will call you out in positive ways and help hold you accountable if they haven't seen you in a while. The app is easy to use and motivates you to increase your class count.

Liv is an amazing coach. She knows everyone's name in the class or learns it very quickly. She makes you feel achieved by giving you helpful tips or a thumbs up for getting it done! I wnjoy the interaction with her very much during class.

Everything!!! Community, motivation, energy, support, sweat, positivity, variety, flexibility. I love that OTF meets you where you're at, wherever that is. Whether at my peak fitness or during my pregnancies and now postpartum, it's the best place to go to feel accepted and challenged. Love my OTF family.

There are so many things that I love about working out at Orangetheory. The templates are dynamic and challenging but doable, every workout I’m reminded that what I put in is what I’ll get out of it. The coaches are just flat out awesome! They strike a perfect balance of pushing you while also understanding that everyone is on their own fitness journey. They’re really great at encouraging you to be better than you were yesterday, helping with form/instructions, and providing modifications as necessary. The energy and atmosphere that OTF fosters is one of positivity and a true “you can do hard things” attitude. Since starting at Orangetheory, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in, physically and mentally On top of all of this, it’s honestly the best work out you can get in 60 minutes!
