Love the coaches and their constant motivation.
The workout is always good. The studio could be more clean. I've gone to the OTF in Appleton and it is sparkling. It seems like the Madison OTF is only cleaned well if Tim is working - I've seen him clean while I'm in class, but I've not seen other front desk staff cleaning.
Coach encouraging you to push youself!
It’s different every time and challenging, but I am able to do it. I feel stronger. I like that it is done in 60 min and has ab, cardio and strength. I like that the instructions are easy to understand. The coaches are encouraging and the atmosphere is aways upbeat.

Coach support, different workouts
I love the challenge. In particular, OTF throws floor exercises at me I would never have thought of on my own. I love that. The coaches are very kind, concerned, and encouraging. I love the feeling of community I get from the staff and other members.
The coaches are welcoming and very knowledgeable. Not an intimidating environment, everyone is at different points in their fitness and ability. As a working mom of a 1 year old, it’s a commitment to be away while I attend a class. Thankful for the get in and get it done mentality.
The class environment pushes me harder than when I work out at home.
Great coaches, friendly staff and clean environment
I have been going to OTF for about a year. In that time not only have I dropped minutes off my mile, found that I do have strength to lift weights, have dropped pounds, a pant size, and added muscle - but my mental health, sleep, and other areas of my life also improved from the time I take to work out. The community and coaches are so positive, encouraging and helpful. I look forward to the time I have set aside for myself each week at OTF.

Love the coaches and the workout. Friendly staff. Coaches have great energy and encourage me to push myself.
It was intense. I could move at my comfort, but still, work out hard and not feel defeated or as if I failed. I liked that the trainer helped me adjust to what I can do for example I could not run on the treadmill like the others so she told me it was fine I would just need to increase the speed slightly and raise the incline to 4 like that I can keep my heart rate up, but not die running. It made me feel accomplished, encouraged, and valued.
A lot of calorie burn per class and a good variety of workouts to keep classes exciting.
The hour goes very quickly and I am feeling the difference in my clothes and energy level
I would have never thought I would be able to run for the duration I do at orange theory. The coaches push you to do better and don’t let you give up on yourself and talk yourself out of it. I hate working out on my own so this is the perfect place for me. Highly recommend.
The coaches are the best. They try to get to know you and help you in your fitness goals. They keep you motivated during hard workouts.
I would like to see a more 90 minute Saturday classes. They are my favorite. I also hope that the 5 am class goes back to 2G if the attendance goes down.
I love how knowledgeable the coaches are, especially considering the modifications I may need. No matter what’s in store for the day, I am sure I’ll get a good workout in! I’m so glad I found a supportive, judgement-free community at Orangetheory.

I've always been a fan of being able to go to a gym, and have a workout already planned out for me that I know is going to be effective. Since my first day of class, all the coaches and SAs were so friendly and welcoming, and I fell in love with the community at Orange Theory. I look forward to going every class, and even if I'm not in the mood, I always know I'll feel better after.
