Jana is great; was attentive to my form, patiently correcting it, and walked me through what to expect during the workout. She took the time to address my heart rate monitor when it did not appear to be operating correctly.

I get to work out as hard or as moderate as I want without impacting anyone else in the class. I like the tread/row/floor concept because I would not do all three on my own. I enjoy the comraderie with a diverse group of people. The coaches are top notch too - never letting you get away with poor technique. And kudos to the desk team - I don’t know how they remember everyone’s names and preferences.
Challenging and fun! Also the constant changing made it fly by! I always said I am not a runner yet by the end of the class I was running and actually enjoying it!

The vibe people working out hard to achieve whatever their goals are . I attend 5 to six workouts and try to attend all of the weight classes offered, amazing that they keep it fresh and challenging !

I love the OT workouts - they are challenging and that factor, paired with coaches who know me and understand my goals, pushes me to make the most of each workout. I appreciate that I have to pre-book classes as it makes me commit. I have also enjoyed the lift classes and really feel the difference in my strength and overall conditioning.

Challenging, balanced workouts. I enjoy seeing my progress on the milestones. The trainers are all wonderful people that I enjoy seeing.
The coaches are so personable and hold me accountable. Because I don’t have consistent childcare, the variety of class times is helpful for me and I still can get my workout in. The other members are friendly, yet focused on getting a good work out too- it’s not social hour like I have found at other gyms.
