The community, the music, the variety… the 55 mins or so go by so fast, and it’s (dare I say it?!) fun! Between the friends you meet who motivate you, to the coaches that push you to be better, it’s a pretty amazing experience!
They are fun, motivating, I don’t have to think about it I just do it, coaches are amazing, and I’m seeing results faster than I expected. After years of struggling I finally am starting to get my body back and this was the key for me. I fell in love with working out again and it feels so good.
It takes the guess-work out for me. At a traditional gym, I'd stand around in a crowded area and wonder what exercise to do next, then try to figure out what weight to use and see if that weight or equipment is even available to use at the given time, and then worry that my form isn't correct or figure out how to motivate myself on the cardio equipment. At OTF, there's an assigned station for each person so my weights/tread/rower are available to me when I need them and there's a coach talking me through a designated workout, performing demonstrations, giving weight recommendations and checking form.
I love everything . From the staff to the exercise to the equipments . I have recommended to many of my friends and I would love to do more so . I saw a great change in with weight and it’s a good motivation .
I'm a member at a different studio, but took a class here while visiting family. The staff made me feel very welcome and the workout was just what I needed after Thanksgiving!

All the coaches are fantastic. I have never been at a gym before or done group exercise, and they have all been incredibly nice and helpful. The exercises are thoroughly explained, and the coaches help fix your form if you are messing up a movement. The workouts are really well designed and mix things up a lot to keep it interesting and challenging.
So if you want a whole body cardio centric workout that will kick your butt, this is it.

You set your own pace and the workouts are never the same. Just when you think you’ve went through the hardest one, the next class is more challenging but in a different way.
Great workouts with really good instruction by the coaches. I have been with Orangetheory now for one week and have been pushed and supported to reach my limits with each workout better than I have had for a long time going to other fitness gyms. I highly recommend considering joining Orangetheory!
