i love it all! i appreciate that all i have to do is show up and do what the coach tells me. the music is great and the coaches are fun! i love when they call out individuals during class for accomplishments!
I love that the coaches always check in with you... they don't care if its been 2 days or 8 months since they have last talked to you. I love how they also are always pushing you to up your weights or push you to run a little faster. I left the gym and came back after 8 months.... I wouldnt go to another gym after being at OTF! I love this place!

The staff was amazing! They were super welcoming and motivating. This was my first class and I instantly fell in love. I love that you are competing with yourself but also competing with others within your class. It was a great mix of weight training and cardio. I felt great after and am looking forward to my fitness journey for the first time in a long time. Thanks OTF!

It was different than anything I’d done before and I liked that it was an hour!
It includes lots of exercises that I would not do on my own and I am very competitive so I love the tracking and splat points!

Everything. The variety of cardio + strength. The ability to work at my intensity and options to dial it up - incline, speed, weight. The encouragement of the coaches. The calorie burn!
It’s a different focus each workout. Need to bring Lift 45 back on Saturday’s please.
I love the cardio part, which is hard for me to do at home especially during the winter months. OTF is for all levels. It doesn’t matter where you are at in your fitness journey.
Everyday is actually fun, different and challenging. And the coaches make it that way with their attention to each individual through their enthusiasm, motivation and instruction.
I like that there is a coach overseeing and giving instructions. PLUS, I get a GOOD sweat on!!!
I love the group workout atmosphere. The coaches and the "splat points" motivate and push me more than when I workout alone
