I like that I always get a good cardio and strength training workout in. When I go to bar classes or burn boot camp I feel like I leave thinking I should go do cardio and when I do spinning I think I need strength training.

I love that the work outs are a mix between cardio and lifting/weights, the workouts are never the same, that I’m learning HOW to work out AS I’m working out, and that there are coaches to push you and teach you the entire time. OTF is just one big family!
It’s a one stop shop—-strength, endurance, power workouts cover it all. You get a challenging workout and have fun doing it!! The staff and community are second to none!!!
Very upbeat and the coaches motivate you to give your all. The coaches make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to give you the best results. I get excited for each class knowing that I feel so great after each one!

I like the structure and variability in the workouts. I love that we do floor exercises that I wouldn’t even think of doing myself, and each class has different workouts so I can go multiple days in a row and do different things. I also like how each class is set up differently when it comes to the structure (i.e. strength vs endurance days), and amount of time spent on the treadmill, rower, and floor. Having base paces, pushes, and all outs keep a ~30 min tread block from getting boring and actually makes it feel like it flies by. I also appreciate how each coach has their own style of coaching and leading the class, but all are encouraging to both push ourselves and trust ourselves when we need to take it easier. This is the longest I’ve been able to stick to a workout routine - definitely worth the membership!
I would never so hard for a full hour on my own! The group setting is so motivating. All I have to do is get myself there & the rest takes care of itself. The workout goes so quickly because there is always new direction, change in exercise, & something new to focus on. I love it.
Great coaching is key to results and the range of coaches and their styles is great to have at Orangetheory
I like how convenient they are, but also how hard of a workout you still get.
