We work on all muscle groups and the staff is very attentive.
It's a wonderful community of people paired with a fantastic workout. I've been a member for over six years because I love that much! The workouts are created to stretch and challenge your mental and physical abilities to improve your overall health and mental wellness. All of the coaches are amazing and are some of the best in the business!

I love having someone else design workouts for me! The variety keeps me interested. It's definitely a place for all levels. Group class but everyone is able to work on their own personal goals. After knee replacement and fractured fibula, my leg strength and balance have improved tremendously thanx to OTF. Shout out to Coach Vanessa and Coach Rachel, you ladies rock!!
I recommend OTF to others and I enjoy most everything. Only negative is pricing seems expensive.
The only downfall is the late cancelations.

I really appreciate the quality of coaching, and the structure, pace, sequence and diversity of the exercises that are arranged for each workout. Your coaches encourage us to push ourselves to reach our potential while also suggesting alternative exercise options when needed. Beyond that, your coaches and staff are also very nice people and get to know our names very quickly. Very impressive!

I like Coach Kristin. I like how motivating it is. I like that it is different every time. I normally hate cardio but I like this. It's easy to stick to a routine.
You tell me what the workout is and then you push me (sometimes gently sometimes not so much!🤣). The Coaches are exceptional!!!!
