I love the personalised attention from all the coaches especially Kristina and Sam , they do an awesome job to correct my form and posture during the class which is so important to prevent injuries . Kristina also gave me great tips as a part of the transformation challenge coaching session , to inspire me to maximise the impact , gratefully for that . What do you like about our workout?

I love that they always change. Everyday is different. I also love that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do, it’s already planned out. The coaches are great and it’s an overall great workout.

I love the energy! It's my coffee... (Which I don't drink) they're one of my "go to's" during my weight lost journey for the last 8 months. 70lbs down and I'm in the best shape I've ever been!

I really like when the programming is simple to follow and forces us to perform at higher levels than we think we can. I have found that a majority of the time it works this way.

The Capitol Hill studio was excellent. We loved our trainer, Luis!

The only constructive opportunity I can offer is that the demand seems to exceed supply at this location, which is a smaller studio. There is plenty of new construction popping up--maybe y'all should move into a bigger space!

What do you like about our workout?

I was at my lowest point in my life, a new rock bottom, before I signed up and started to attend OTF. I always had a substance abuse dependency and at the time it made my life even more miserable. I felt exhausted, unmotivated, and a failure since I didn’t have much going for me. I dropped out of UW Law School and went full hibernation mode shutting myself out from society while binge drinking and powder. My life was a complete mess.

My family owns multiple restaurants in Pierce County Washington and covid made us barely float our heads above water. Overworked and understaffed while making the bare minimum summed up 6 of the 7 days before it started to get worst.

My dads a narcissist alcoholic while also having a gambling problem using the capital from the businesses to drive our businesses down farther. This led to my parents filing for a divorce and forced to sell the businesses and their house because of not coming to an agreement. Oh and my high school sweetheart decided to break off our 6 year relationship after realizing she does not need our relationship anymore since I was able to get on her feet physically, mentally, and financially. (I took her RN Nclex for her lmao)

So how was all that info^ related to what I like about OTF’s workouts? Well I forgot the dopamine that spikes in my body when I’m able to successfully burn calories and get back in shape while attending classes. The University Place Wa branch does an excellent job of ensuring I push my full potential with each and every class. From coaches Gabe, Chelsee, Taylor, Natalie, and Katie all made me realize the importance of good health and staying focused. Before OTF, I used to wake up grudging the day ahead of me. Now I just wake up tired fighting not to cancel my 5am classes (lol I haven’t btw) but I always walk out those doors feeling accomplished and supreme. From endurance focus days, to strength days, to those tornado workouts and other special workouts changed everything for me. The perspective of myself, others, and life in general. I was able to quit 98% of my toxic traits and dig myself out of the dark hole my mind was resting in because of OTF. Thank you to all the coaches, staff, front desk clerks, and rest of the employees of OTF around the nation for saving my life!
