New to the area, I wanted to find a gym where I could get a good workout and also meet awesome people. This gym has provided both. The workouts are for all ages and are different every day. I am never disappointed and always get a good workout in. The staff and coaches are always friendly and helpful. I’m very impressed at how the coaches carry through the workouts since there is a lot going on. My favorite workout is the 2G workout. Mixed with cardio on the treadmill and the rowing machine with floor work with TRX movements to dumbbells. Love this place😊.
Consistently a great all over workout!
I have been a member of Orangetheory Fitness since 2016 and can honestly say that the workouts and trainers are topnotch. In addition, the helpful front desk employees and sense of community among my fellow attendees are what brings me back to the orange lights week after week.
A special shout out to Kristina, one of the afternoon trainers at OTF Redmond. Kristina is positive, friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to reinforce proper form and makes sure to mention those who are approaching, or have hit, the suggested 12-20 splat points during class. It's important that trainers engage with and encourage each member at some point during the workout and Kristina checks all the boxes.
Thank you Orangetheory Fitness, for promoting the health of your members and for serving your respective communities. This 61 years young woman will always be a devoted fan.

I am from Olympia and when I come to town to see family and friends I always workout at OT. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and the facility is nice and clean. I highly recommend to anyone considering going. :)
I don’t have to think of what I need to do. I just go and the instructor walks me through it. It’s like having a trainer. I also like the mix between cardio and weights.
I appreciate the workout variety, but what seals the deal for me is that the workouts make you go further than you think you originally could.
The workout requires no brain power, just determination and will. I love the structure of the workouts, I leave feeling fulfilled and ready to start my day! The coaches are amazing and they provide the right level of motivation and guidance to ensure we are doing exercises correctly so that we do no get injured.

I like the OTF community as it really encourages me to push harder towards my goal of being fit. It's been 3 months since I've joined OTF and loved every workout. To top it off, the Coaches, Staff and Customer support is pleasant, kind and helpful.
Every day is a different day and the one-hour session flies by so fast!

How u incorporate cardio, strength training and rowing all together in one workout

Different everyday, I don’t have to plan my own exercise routine. I leave knowing I accomplished the workout and feel better having done so!
Challenging workout that is designed for me, I don't have to figure out what I should do. The accountability of the 8 hour cancellation policy makes me go even when I might not feel like it.
