It varies day to day
The instructors are amazing and I love that the workout changes every time I go! It's a great mix of cardio and weights so I don't get bored. I'm a huge fan now of 3G which I didn't think I'd like. It keeps the workouts interesting and time flies by.
I love that I can get an aerobic-type (HIIT) workout along with a full body (muscle) workout all in the same hour. Plus the staff are motivating and the facility is clean.
It's like having your own personal trainer, you don't have to think or know how to optimize or change up a workout. Also, the diversity of excesizes, I don't think I've ever done the same workout twice! And of course the heart rate foundation of the whole program, it's what the pros do! OTF is awesome preparation and ongoing fitness training for my offroad motorcycle racing! Love OTF!
I show up and everything is ready to go: challenging fitness routine, equipment, lockers, helpful staff. All I have to do is dedicate to putting in the work and the results will come.

Good combination of weights and cardio. Being able to see the different zones and working towards Orange and Red. The variety makes the class go by much faster. Burning lots of calories!
So much to focus on it keeps my mind busy so the workout flies by!

I love the workouts! I had a baby 10 months ago and before having a baby I was running half marathons. With 9 minute miles. I am almost back to that pace all thanks to orange theory. I have my first race in a month and I am looking forward to seeing what my time will be. Levi, Toni, and Jj are awesome coaches too! They are my fave!

Great classes
The coach and the SA were super welcoming and encouraging. I quite enjoyed the tread portion of the class. The gym was super clean and were very mindful of handing out wipes. I love being able to travel and try out other OTF gyms in other cities.
