Came to my first workout to a pretty rough workout. Definitely a good workout for sure. Coaches were friendly and encouraging. Members were also nice and friendly too. Signed up and have my next class in two days.

I love everything about orange theory! I love the good music, the push from the coaches, and it low key pushes my competitive/athletic side. I am a person who would NEVER run for fun, only for sports and I was pretty much forced to, but at orange theory I can push myself and get it done on the tread in 25 minutes. I always feel so accomplished after a workout and the fat lost/muscle gained speaks for itself! Orange theory helps improve my mental and physical health and I am so grateful to be back in the gym with everybody!:)

Efficient and well planned out. Motivating, personable, and entertaining coaches. I do wish there was a rowing coaching clinic or demo bc a lot of rowing pull to up to their chin. Just a pet peeve of mine :). Otherwise, I love it. I don’t like to think about what exercise I should do next as they just tell me.
Great experience as a first timer at this gym! Really appreciated the continued help when my heart rate monitor that I rented wasn't working and the unprompted offer to not charge me for it. Great experience and look forward to returning!

Always different, good reliable workout
I LOVE the coaches at Wallingford. They have great energy, are easy to follow, and are just good people. Oh and they provide a range of musical choices which, while not always my favorite genres, pair well with the workouts.
In addition, the Wallingford staff is great. Super friendly and all around helpful.
The fast pace, the drive I get from the coaches encouragement, and that I feel safe since the coaches are certified trainers.
Community, encouragement from the coaches, and the feeling of satisfaction I get from completing a workout. The music could be a little quieter - its helpful but its hard to hear the coach over it.
