What do you like about our workout?

It doesn't feel the same each time! The workouts are challenging and one hour goes quickly. Coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging and different levels of fitness are present/modifications are given, upbeat music, clean space and great people make me look forward to my workout.

What do you like about our workout?

The MI crew is so welcoming and supportive. They are always happy to see me. They play great music. Convenience is key. Gym always in great condition.

Love the pace of the OT workout, the variety, and the three block model.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout within it's specific time frame and structure are intuitive and fun. The coaches are super friendly all while pushing me to meet my goals.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s intense but fun and for the first time something I have been able to keep up with on a regular basis for a while. I have high cholesterol so being able to make sure my heart rate stays in the orange zone for enough time is super valuable.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches and staff take time to get to know the members and are always fun to be around. Lots of great energy here! They also made member feel safe by enforcing reopening guidelines, and appropriate social norms. They let members workout at their own pace, and suggest modified form for low impact exercises. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable coaches.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the community and how much the coaches support us. The workout is the best I’ve ever had, the staff at Redmond is what keeps me coming back.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the energy from the stepping foot into the lobby being greeted by everyone and stepping into the Studio for my workout. The music the coaches,
It feels like I can let go of all my worries and get strong, clear my head, disconnect.
I go almost everyday and I have never had the same workout, everyday is different.

What do you like about our workout?

A professionally coached, organized workout that is different on a daily basis. I don’t ever feel pressured to do something I can’t do, or to keep up with the others yet there is a camaraderie that is shared by all of the participants. The classes start on time and end on time. An awesome place.

What do you like about our workout?

It's structured so I don't have to think about what I am doing next. It requires me to actually go and block off the time on my calendar so I'm way more likely to actually attend. Finally there is a variety to each workout so you are not doing the same thing for an hour.

What do you like about our workout?

Love OTF! The trainers are exceptionally good, the workouts full of variety and challenging. I suggest to just about everyone they should give it a try (if they have it in them - haha). Thanks for the survey and looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

The staff and the energy of each class is amazing! I like the early classes on Saturdays and some during the week. The workouts are great, I always end up aching but it’s the good type of pain, haha. My husband wanted me to sign up for his gym, but there was no way I would leave OT.

These classes have made me feel amazing. It’s been hard as a new mom to get my energy levels back and to try to get back in shape. The coaches I've worked with are wonderful and I recommend OTF to everyone I know now. I always feel awesome when I leave. My one complaint is that if I cancel due to work constraints - the eight hour cancellation policy is a little steep. I understand 4 hours but 8 hours is very hard, especially when life can be unpredictable sometimes. Other than that, I absolutely love everything about this gym.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the positive reinforcement and the accommodations to meet each individuals goals. I like the efficient and organized process; time flies as you get a tough workout in.
