Clients/Member Testimonials
I like the energy of the coaching. Each person has their own style, but they all encourage us to push hard and have fun!
I like the heart rate monitoring.
You know how hard you need to work, and what my zone you are in. The music, the coaches. And that it’s smaller.
Jay is great. Highly motivating and energetic
It was intense but fun! The music was everything and the trainer was motivating!!
Best workout for a full body. Cardio, strength and endurance
Gabe does awesome 845 classes!
It’s not boring! I love the continuous encouragement from the coaches, and the random workouts that are different every day! I feel great afterward also. Love it!
I love the positive environment every time I go in. I’ve never had a bad workout at OrangeTheory!
Each day is different and the coaches are great about modifications (as someone who is getting back into exercise)
The class style has really helped me turn my workouts into part of my routine. I’ve been able to stick to going every week for about seven months, whereas before I could barely get the motivation to go for 30 minutes. The coaches are always energized and encouraging which has helped push me to improve beyond my initial expectations. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming and they remember everyone’s name. I never thought I’d ever say I love my gym
Great coach, helpful receptionists, nice music and clear instructions. The location is very convenient for me and it’s easy to book and cancel in the app!!
I was nervous about starting at OTF because it has been so long since I worked out. I have found that the front desk staff and coaches are fantastic and have made me feel so welcomed. I am now craving my OTF workouts and am starting to notice real changes to my health.
It’s a great, full body workout and I am tired and sore after even months into it!
It’s always a challenge but the motivation from the coaches is awesome (especially Kristana!). Also love the community of this place.
I love that I can get a great workout in an hr. I also love that the workouts are different each day.
I like the all body workout! I also like having a coach telling what to do, makes it easy for me so I don’t have to think about what kind of workout to do.
The ability to measure performance is what I value the most. The workouts are also very comprehensive meaning all of my body gets worked out every week. Although I usually follow the daily program I appreciate the flexibility to deviate or adapt to meet my own goals.
The variety of workouts, I come back to back day's and I know I won't be doing the same workout I did the day before. Instructors keep us motivated.
Everything. Variety, coach input, music, themes, challenges. All the coaches are excellent. Enjoy coming to OT Bothell
It’s changed my life. I’m now so much healthier and confident. I love the feeling of a personal trainer with some great community that spurs you on. I gave this to myself for Mother’s Day in 2019 to reclaim my body and my time, craved it during the pandemic, and rushed back as soon as I could. I call it “Orangetherapy” because of the difference in how I feel physically and mentally. It’s just an incredibly special place.
I love that it’s a 60min, no interruptions, full body workout! I can disconnect for one hour, and it feels great! Loud music, knowledgeable coaches, super sweet front desk people are also excellent.
Chelsea and Jen are my favorite coaches. Chelsea isn’t afraid to tell you to lift heavier and challenge you. Jen’s energy is just amazing and makes you want to work hard!
Orangetheory is the best workout! You get a mix between weight training and cardio. It's group fitness, with a personal trainer mentality. I recommend Orangetheory to anybody I can.
Watched the progression over time for my wife and am hoping for similar tangible results for myself as time goes by.
Coaches rock!
Vinny is the best 💪
Love this studio! The trainers at the UDistrict location are great--they get to know members personally, and help them adapt the daily workouts to fit their goals and needs. This place feels like a true family! I appreciate that the team here keeps the classes structured and under control, but know when and where to let members make adjustments, when to challenge people, and when to help them back off - it's a perfect balance.
OTF itself is a really solid workout--the variety within and between each class keeps things interesting and engaging, and the blend of strength and cardio is effective for building strength and endurance over time. Every month, there's at least one benchmark workout or challenge so you can track improvement in different vectors (e.g. speed, distance). Unlike Barry's or other HIIT/bootcamp style gyms, Orangetheory consistently feels safer, with options for moves that might be too advanced for novices, and there's more attention and correction from coaches. There's still enough challenge for serious athletes, though, between the different stations and the rangae of exercises that blend traditional strength training with mobility/stability work and plyo.
Signing up for classes and having the workout planned for me helps keep me accountable. The group setting makes me less nervous as a beginner
It worked out every part of my body. It’s nice to do different things during a workout and having a trainer there to help correct posture and push you to finish is awesome!
I like how varied the workout is from day-to-day; that I am only competing with myself yet working out with others is very motivating; that I can tailor the workout to my own body--which seems to be changing daily as I go through menopause; that I have data that helps me understand my current state and see improvements over time; the heart rate data is also super useful during the workout to get a sense of how hard I'm working--I'm learning more about my body in real time (and I LOVE that); the music; the coaches; the desk staff--who are always welcoming and know our names; that I can do it with my son and husband and we each get what we need. My health metrics are the best they have been in at least a decade and OTF is a big part of that.
