It makes me push myself, and I like it's not a competition or we are comparing scores. I went to cross fit a couple of years ago and hated that we had to list our scores and it was about who came in first. I love that we use TRX, the BOSU and weights our workouts are never dull.
Great workouts with individual instruction
Don’t have to design a workout—it’s all ready for me. The colors help me understand how far to push myself. I’ve gained confidence in knowing I can do more athletic things and that my body can take it.
I like the mix of tread rowing and floor as well as being able to use a bike when my body needs it. I really like how the template changes every day and you work the whole body not just certain areas all the time. I also like how a lot of our movements are functional mobility movements to help with every day activities and body movements. I always enjoy the different music mixes that the coaches pick and I enjoy having the coaches demonstrate the movements and be able to critique hours when we begin new blocks on the floor and rowing.
It gets me in shape for all the outdoor activities I participate in.
i love the environment and i always feel so hot after. The coach’s are also always so nice and encouraging and try to know everyone’s names.

I burned so many calories in only 600 min and I love how it’s a combination of weight lifting and cardio. The perfect combo! The class was hard but felt super rewarding.
I love that your in and out no wasted time. It’s super convenient that the workouts are pre-made and that you just follow the coaches instructions. You get a total body workout in half the time that it would take at a regular gym.
A structured whole body workout and the coaches are amazing. Tara is a favorite.
