What do you like about our workout?

I liked that it was targeted to get you to the Orange Zone and that it's at your own pace. I didn't feel pressured to go any faster or heavier than what would get me in that orange zone.

The space was beautifully clean and well organized with plenty of space for each person to complete his/her exercise reps.
Coach Tenille was capable and kind to this Senior visitor from another city.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that I don't have to prepare at all (playlist, exercises etc)
I can adjust my levels higher as I improve or low if I'm feeling low energy that day
I usually hate cardio but how OTF does it - it makes it bearable :)

Request: Less jumping on the weight floor and more strength focused

I am a member from Canada. I visited your studio with my niece and sister who wanted to try Orange a theory out for themselves. Your studio made us feel welcome. Everyone was so nice and the trainer Angie was fabulous! You guys are awesome!!!

It’s an intense, good workout with great variety. PC had great coaches and the studio is bigger than most OTF.

I love that it is different everyday, the workout is made for me, I love the enthusiasm from the trainers and that they are educated to help us be aware of our form The staff is amazing and it feels very personalized.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s efficient. I get cardio and weights in an hour and I feel challenged every class.
On a side note, I would love a 9:30 class on Tuesday or Thursday. Draper and cottonwood heights both have them but they’re further away and full with people waiting the couple times I’ve tried to go

I really enjoy the work out. the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I appreciate that most of the coaches know the names.of the clients. it makes.it more.oersonal. . I also like the cards for the machines. it makes it easier to.start on the machine you want more smoothly .

Always fun doing a benchmark and seeing improvement! Coach Melissa was great and very motivating. Would defs take her clas again if I ever come back to salt lake!

I really love my workouts. But what I dont like is how the trainers are demonstrating the exercises between each rotation. It wastes a lot of time I could be working out.

Its such a great workout. I love that I can plan an hour and get my butt kicked and move on with my day. The coaches are great and help with your form and encourage you throughout. I am not a gym person, I typically do my workouts outside but when weather doesn't permit that Orange Theory is my go to gym.

They are good and challenging too. The music the coaches have is mostly motivating too. I think it’s important to have good motivational music to help push me.

What do you like about our workout?

Accountability to show up first and foremost. From there, I love that you don’t have to think or plan. Just work as hard as you can. The three stations is a terrific layout and because they are numbered you never have to wait for equipment. The interval training allows you to most effectively burn calories and get the most out of your workout. The staff is friendly and awesome. The trainers are kind and motivating and keep an eye on you if form needs correcting.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s guided but I can be in my own head. It’s not too group fitness-y. Love the workouts. The hour goes fast. No pressure from front desk to up my package. Front desk is always welcoming and friendly.
