What do you like about our workout?

I loved the structured pace of the workout and the attentive trainer pushing and encouraging us during the workout. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear and concise way prior to the exercise start. I would highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone wanting to change the way they currently are excercising, it was fun, fulfilling and a great workout. Thanks Orangetheory team, you guys rock!!

What do you like about our workout?

I love all the coaches, I love that we can workout at our own level and the coaches push us to improve. I love the people that work out at Orangetheory it’s a friendly workout family and the girls that work the front desk are so warm and kind they welcome you to every workout. It’s a great place to workout and the workouts somehow end up being fun!

What do you like about our workout?

Coach was enthusiastic and encouraging. He explained the exercises well and checked on us several times to make sure we were doing well.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the staff and coaches at Sandy OTF. They are always friendly and upbeat along with being super helpful. I never felt intimidated walking into my first OT work out even though the OT work out has a reputation for being tough because the staff at Sandy has a way of putting one at ease.

I like it because it keeps you going the whole time and you do not have to come up with your own exercises to do

What do you like about our workout?

Having never participated in a group fitness class in a studio or gym, I was very anxious and didn't know what to expect. I am not going to sugarcoat it, I was very nervous to attend my first few classes. I have been thrilled with every aspect of my experience with OTF. I have now attended classes at 2 different studios, the facilities are always clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The coaches are encouraging and responsive and FUN. I have really enjoyed my workouts at OTF. I know that I will always have a great workout and experience if I commit to class.

What do you like about our workout?

I LOVE the instructors ... I love the inclusive atmosphere .... I love the ability to track and see my progress .... I love how they welcome new people without disrupting the workouts for the regulars ... I love all of it!!!

I was visiting from out of state and the front desk staff was very nice and the coach was great. One of the things I love most about OTF is knowing I’m getting the same workout as my friends back home.

I love how challenging the work outs are. When I first joined, I was worried I would get bored. However, every day is completely different and I love the variety. I was feeling so bored with my workout routine before I joined Orange Theory. I no longer dread going to the gym... I look forward to it! The coaches are all amazing and the vibe at Orange Theory is so positive. I love this place!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I am really only competing with myself and going for splat points. I don't feel pressure to keep up with the people next to me who are way more fit than I am. I also love that the workout pushes me. I don't know what I'm doing in a gym and normally would spend my time wandering around; but at OTF I know what I'm supposed to do.

It's honestly the only time in my life where I finished a workout and felt like I'd accomplished something. Also, possibly the only time I finally found out what endorphins were.

What do you like about our workout?

I love competing against myself, getting immediate feedback from the heart rate monitor and being motivated by the energy of everyone around me- it helps me to push myself harder than I would for a solo workout!

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are different every time. Not only are the workouts fun but as well as the instructors and the other people participating in the class. I love that I am able to compete with myself and my limits, but also enjoy that feeling during and after the class!
