What do you like about our workout?

I have tried EVERYTHING in my 54 years on earth. This is the first time I have followed through and continued with a fitness program. I actually look forward to going, don't tell the coaches that - I like to give them a hard time. I actually feel BETTER after I work out - something I have really never experienced before. I have anxiety, I'm not looking for pity, but it is a valid reason why I have never before been able to continue with a fitness program. I get very anxious around people, I feel like I'm being judged for being overweight and out of shape. I let the coaches know this and they instinctually know how to help me exercise the proper way and push me without making me feel like a failure. Getting into the Orange zone keeps my find focused in the here and now, I leave feeling so calm. After speaking with my physician, I am now reducing the anxiety medication I'm on, this makes me so happy! The people that work the front desk are the kindest, enthusiastic and encouraging people. The coaches are FAB-U-LICIOUS! I LOVE ORANGE THEORY!

What do you like about our workout?

It is fun and super efficient. As a parent with a full time job I don't have a lot of 'me' time, so being able to burn 750 calories and get a full body work out in one hour is awesome. It's honestly the only way I have found to consistently get good exercise given the hectic day to day schedule that is adulthood/parenthood.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how efficient and well rounded they are. I really appreciate the constant variations so it always feels like a push. But my number one favorite thing about OT is the culture, competitions, and challenges. I’m a competitive person and this drives me to improve and follow through with attendance. The constant cheering on from coaches, their support and excitement for our progress is also huge for me. Thank you for creating such a supportive and fun environment!

What do you like about our workout?

OTF works, plain and simple. The combination of treadmill work and rowing/weight floor gives your whole body a hit. I am a runner and mountain biker and I've found that the interval style work we do has increased my endurance capacity out on the trails. I love how it's different every time and of course all the coaches are awesome!!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the aspect of having a coach there to walk you through and encourage you during your workout. The community aspect of OTF is also amazing. If I was just one on one with a coach I would be a little intimidated, but because I am in a large group it makes me more motivated to work out.

There’s nothing like an Orangetheory workout! I went from never exercising in my entire life, to being a regular orangetheory junkie :). I’ve gone consistently for 17 months and I only love it more and more. Think you can’t? I promise you can!!

What do you like about our workout?

Loving Orange theory! I love that it’s not competitive, that I’m working to my best level and improving!
