Good one hour workout that is always challenging. Staff and coaches are friendly and helpful. The workouts provide a great deal of variety.
OT has tough workouts but they can be managed at each personal limit. You can push as hard as you want or if you need to recover, you can do it and still get in a workout.
The workout is great. There was a billing issue where I was being charged $10 / month more than I should have been for 2 months. No problem! These things happen. All I wanted was either a $20 refund or $20 credit towards a future month. I was told the only reimbursement I would get was 2 free late cancels. The problem with this is that, while I love this studio and the coaches, it is not busy enough to require any member to sign up more than 15 minutes before class starts, making the “reimbursement” I received have zero value. I had already been considering cancelling my membership for something less expensive and this experience was the catalyst to do that.
Emily is always smiling and so welcoming for my 5 AM class!! I love the workouts with Coach Taylor and Coach Kelsey! Could not recommend OTF N Mt. P enough. In fact, I'm moving to south Mt. P soon, but will still commute to the North gym because I love it so much!
I like the workout because I can scale it to my needs (fitness level, injury, how I feel on a given day) and I still get a great workout and great results. I also really love the coaches because I feel like they are genuinely interested in seeing all of us succeed with our health and fitness goals.

Mackenzie at the front desk was wonderful helping me get checked in and made me feel welcome and Conner was absolutely awesome guiding me throughout my entire workout and made me feel confident ! They are a great addition to your facility !
I love the HIIT training and energy from the staff. OT has been monumental in my fitness journey. Would recommend to anyone, especially someone starting out new!

A wonderful balanced full body workout
