I enjoy the variety of exercises and structure of the workouts paired with engaging and encouraging (but not overbearing) coaches and great music to keep things rolling along at an energizing pace. The sense of community in the 5am class makes early morning wake-ups not so miserable and I look forward to the sessions.
I recommended OTF to my best friend, who lives in California and was feeling lost on her fitness journey after suffering injuries related to long-distance running (we're race buddies), and she's fallen in love with OTF as well. We check in on each other and it's been a fun way to stay connected even though we're both leading busy lives on opposite sides of the country.
