What do you like about our workout?

Always different. Coaches motivate me and correct form, which makes me less likely to give in and slack once fatigue sets in. I’ve seen faster improvements to my fitness than at any other gym to which I’ve ever been a member.

Everything. I love the rower the best. I personally think that is the hardest thing to do and it works out every part of your body. 👍

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory is a full body workout, I feel complete after finishing each class. I love seeing my progress and pushing myself to do better each time. It’s like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost. The results I’ve seen are phenomenal!

The variation of the work outs. Every day has a new challenge. I love how I can go at my own pace and challenge myself more when I am feeling strong. I love the age group of my peers.

What do you like about our workout?

I walk into Orange Theory and I am immediately greeted with the friendly faces of the front desk staff. I am a senior citizen with some physical limitations that have made me feel self-conscious in other gyms. This has lead me to quit working out time and time again. The coaches at Orange Theory in Clifton Park have changed my negative feelings about working out. They go above and beyond to find a way to modify exercises that are too difficult for me, while making sure I feel successful. The workouts are difficult, rewarding and fun because of the wonderful coaches and staff.

I love that I am always challenged. I love that I have something to work towards getting my “after burn”. The workouts are always different and I love not knowing what to expect! I love the coaches and front desk people.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches and staff are all super SUPER personable and go out of their way to be friendly and supportive to all of their members. Any one of any fitness level is warmly welcomed and motivated to do the best that they can. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Seriously. It's a little pricey but it is beyond worth it.

Holds me accountable. I enjoy the variation in workouts and I don’t have to do the research and come up with creative ways to challenge my body. It’s physical and challenging and creates a supportive community committed to bettering yourself.
