I feel and look stronger
I like to be able to push myself at my own pace and have the encouragement of the coaches and the pulse of the class to keel me going.
The group setting and even when it’s a full class I feel the trainers come around and help me get the most out of my workout. Almost like it’s I have my own personal trainer.
I love that the workouts are never the same, and the encouragement of the coaches is awesome. I also love that you can modify moves if you need to so there are always options for everyone. I am always challenged when I workout at Orangetheory and always feel great when I leave knowing I was pushed to do my best.

I love that they are always changing up the types of workouts and treadmill blocks. You will never get bored or feel like your workouts are too predictable! The coaches really get you motivated and push you to do your best!

Great blend of cardio and strength. It’s helped me gain an appreciation for speed work, which has positively impacted my running - and as a long-time distance runner, I’m so grateful for that. It’s also a fun community, and our gym has the best coaches.
