OT is a complete body workout with no thinking required. I'm a 50+ woman and I felt comfortable, and challenged, on my first day - starting with power walking. The monitor and metrics encourage me to improve on my own performance.

What do you like about our workout?

I am older and just getting started, but it is like truly having a personal trainer. It is a tough work out--but I really feel like I accomplished something when I am done. There are some things a bit tough for me at my fitness level...but they work with me-make quick modifications so I don't miss a beat!!!

I highly recommend this workout!!!

I love the entire experience! The workout is great, and I love how each one is different. The coaches are awesome, so friendly and motivating. The rest of the staff is also always very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great place to workout!

OTF in Monroe, NY is like a huge extended family. The coaches and staff are great at what they do and experience there well trained skills to help you reach your goals. They are very encouraging as well. The front staff is wonderful. They always have smiles and willing to help.

The different goals and variations that the workouts provide make them fun and the time flies by when im there.

Coaches are knowledgeable and motivated. They bring a great attitude to every workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it’s motivating. I receive individual attention when needed, but otherwise am able to work independently. The exercises are challenging, but anyone can do them. I seriously tell everyone about OTF. My only regret is that I can’t afford to go more often, but I am working on that!
