It moves. You don't have to think about anything. Anyone can do it. 100 pounds to lose or an ultramarathoner looking to gain muscle- everyone is on the same playing field. It is like being on a sporting team in high school or college- you're coached the whole time without feeling like youre being watched. The dopamine lift from accumulating splat points. They're little personal mini-goals throughout the workout. Keeps your mind occupied. I've never seen a workout quite like it
I love the workouts because they are always different and you work just about every part of your body. The energy is so high in the room. The workouts are designed to get the most out of you as possible so you reach your goals and then you can push yourself to continue to see results. I just recently went up in weight and it feels good to be much stronger in my upper body. The coaches are fantastic! They are knowledgeable and caring. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself and so that you get the most out of the workout. Everything is modifiable to your needs; whether you're just starting out (like I was in August of 2022) or you have an injury, or you just need a "green" day in between harder workouts, they've got you!
I very much appreciate the concept that the workouts are designed to increase the heart rate and improve strength and cardio vascular fitness. I especially appreciate the simplicity of showing up, working hard, and listening to the instructions provided by the trainers to lose weight and improve future health outcomes.
I feel I get the best overall workout in 1 hour. The coaches are always motivating and helpful. Plus the app to schedule appointment's is easy and once I schedule a class it holds me accountable!
The coaches are experts and very helpful. They add a bit of humor to your workout and give you incentive just when you need it.

I like that the coaches and staff hold me accountable for showing up, other gyms it’s easy to say to myself I don’t feel like going and no one cares if you show up or not. I also like how the coaches motivate you during the class and the music they play.
I've been participating in Orange Theory for 6+ years. I know the coaches and other participants. The location is convenient for me. Mot importantly, I feel better when I leave. I feel better thru-out the day!

I love all the Coaches and the staff. They are all very helpful. If you cannot do some of the exercises, they will modify and help you. I have been working out at Orange Theory for a couple year now . I am 65 years old and feel great. I was afraid when i started, but nothing to be afraid about for everyone can workout at their own pace. I feel so much stronger and gained endurance . You will 100 percent see a difference in your appearance and the way you feel.
I like that I don’t have to preplan my workouts. It’s one less thing I have to worry about in my fitness goals.
