The only thing I would say is a downfall is the Orangetheory designated parking lot is always full so parking on the street can be tricky. Otherwise love the studio.
Orange theory is one of the best workout programs that I have encountered. It’s an instructor lead program but it’s about personal effort each day. Classes are great and very much geared towards pushing you to push yourself.
When I walk into the studio, I feel always welcome. Everyone is so supportive, and the coaches are full of energy and encouragement. The best part of this experience is coming to the gym and not having to think about what I'm going to do. The classes are always just right for my goals. I release so much stress and feel like a new person after every session.

I like that someone else plans the workout and there is a coach to guide you through it. I like the group atmosphere and positive energy. I like being able to see real-time feedback with the heart rate monitor and the screen. The coaches are fantastic! They are all great and I’ve enjoyed classes with all of them, but I have Kristin and Dayna the most and they are wonderful.
OTF Baytowne is one of my happy places! I'm always challenged, dripping in sweat, and grateful for my time there. I've done every possible workout scenario imaginable (gym, home gym, personal trainer, two-on-one personal trainer, small group, exercise classes), and this is the one that has been most rewarding for me. Nothing like the energy and positivity that exudes from that place.
I really enjoy running and i haven’t been running in some time. That is why I have been buying the classes and Orange Theory to help me get back into it consistently.
I love the consistency of the workouts and the enthusiasm of the coaches. Inevitably something is said that makes the whole group smile and laugh, and that brief moment helps get through that next PUSH!

The workout has way more than just a physical benefit. And there's always something new, like Strength 50, that personally has made me even better than I was before. Exactly 5 years later and this is still the BEST workout and with my BEST Coaches!

I really like having a coach tell me what to do and correct my technique- OrangeTheory is a huge improvement on just working out solo. Great playlists, great exercises, great staff!
I like the energy the coaches bring to the workout, the music, the variety of the workout day to day and how the 5am class feels like family at this point. I would highly recommend OT to any of my friends/family.
