I like the classes are one hour. The coaches have a lot of energy and tell you exactly what to do. It’s a good mix of cardio and strength training.

I love that I don't have to think about it. Someone has already figured out what to do and when. Also someone is watching me and always talkes to me about better ways to do the move or how to do it correctly.

What do you like about our workout?

I have been a member for almost a year! I have never stuck with a gym or workout program like I have with OTF. I can’t believe how strong both physically and mentally I’ve gotten! It’s an hour focused on me, an hour of feeling good about me- That to me is worth it all! The coaches are incredible, inspiring and make me want to keep pushing myself. I am so grateful that OTF came into my life! Thank you Orangetheory family!

What do you like about our workout?

It has been fantastic after I started workout in OTF since July last year.
My body gets stronger and gains more endurance which made me feel more energetic. I forgot my age some time(Lol).
Staffs are very nice. The text massages they sent on and off were very encouraging and touching that made me feel great and like to keep going and try my best at each workout. I like the classes guided by coaches who are very professional and supportive. The comments from classmates are also very warm and encouraging.
The heart monitor during workout and summary after each class were helpful to track my progress too.
Thank you everyone I met at OTF!
