I love the intensity of the workout. It works your entire body and there's never a workout that's repeated. I never have the chance to get bored and having the motivation of an instructor and good music is everything. I LOVE ORANGE THEORY!

I like that orange theory workouts are carefully planned to maximize physiological change as well as enjoyment. I would never work this hard or intentionally on my own even though I absolutely know what I should be doing to achieve the desired results. Orange Theory creates the environment for positive change!

What do you like about our workout?

Just the idea of being able to come into a warm and welcoming environment, with such an electric staff both at the desk and in the studio, and knowing I’m going to get the best workout that day is enough of a reason to join OTF. I’ve tried every box gym and studio style facility in the area and OTF just brings it every time I’m there. Whether you’re an early bird, or a night hawk, they have plenty of class times for you to get your workout in. 10/10

I love everything about OT. The workouts, studio and staff, the amazing coaches and OTF members. OT is the one hour a day that I have for myself. I clear my head, relieve my stress and better my strength and fitness.

What do you like about our workout?

For one hour I don’t have to think. I just have to move my body the best that I can. Workouts are hard. I’ve been a member since the Mt Kisco location opened and it’s not getting an easier.

The diversity of workouts. The Coaches enthusiasm and acknowledgment of my progress and form correction. The members are great to be around. The SA’s are very friendly and helpful. The Owners are wonderful Ladies and love working out with them!

The sense of community is everything to me! On days where I don’t want to get out of bed (I got to the 6:15am class during the week), I know that I’ll be missed, and that gives me the motivation I need to show up.
