I have been going to OTF for over 4 years. My home studio is in Garwood, NJ. Coming to the Chelsea studio has felt like I have a second OTF home. The staff is warm and friendly and always helpful. The workouts are always as good as in my home studio. I love the physical challenge that the workout always presents to me. Please don't change a thing!

Love the workouts - Trevor, Eli, and Kelsey are the best and wish Kelsey taught more morning classes like she used to. Not the biggest fan of Lauren or the music she plays, but her class fits in my schedule so I take it.
The women's locker room is a sauna - we have to get some fans in there because it is so hot. Also, we need one extra blowdryer because some girls are parting their hair and drying and for those that just want to blow the sweat out of their hair or use it for like 3 minutes it is excessive.
The coaches are top notch. I took classes from Brian and Dominick - both were very motivating, gave corrections to form when needed, encouragement, and high energy.

I like that the coach, Kelsey, took the time to truly correct my form on different exercises. I also love the tested science behind the workouts. I’m a competitive person with myself. Having your results displayed during the class really pushed me forward to have the best workout I could.
It was challenging and modifiable to any fitness level. Being able to see my heart rate and when I hit the different zones was a super helpful way to keep me motivated!
