Instructor is very encouraging and the workout is intense. Once you hit orange, you're motivated to continue going strong.

Trevor is great and attentive to everyone. Very motivational.
I must be honest and say I really hate the treadmill which is the majority of the class. I had hoped it wouldn't always be like this but when I asked, I was told it would always be 20-25 minutes of every workout. I get my cardio at SoulCycle and was looking for something to compliment this. The floor work and rowing are great.
So when/if I recommend OT, I would add the caveat about this.
For me the guidance that the coaches bring to the session is outstanding I can’t go to a regular gym because I need someone to be there and guide me through the workouts. Orangetheory is that place where you can at any age succeed in weight loss and be happy doing it thank you to my coach Lauren and Orangetheory for helping me feel and look so much better
It’s a good full body workout and the time goes by quickly so I’m not bored

I am new to OTF but have already noticed marked improvement in my stamina. The classes I attend are super efficient and perfectly coached by Kelsey, a consummate professional.
You know what to expect .. but you don't know what you will get! I like that its always the same thing mixed up a bit.

I love the music. The motivating and positive energy. I love how it’s an hour but it goes by so fast and I can continue on with my dead.
