I like how friendly everyone is and how varied the classes are. I love that it’s cardio, plus floor/weights work. I’d never do cardio on my own in the gym, so I love going to OT.
I enjoy the challenge of the OTF workout. It helps me push my limits and I do exercises that I might not normally do on my own. I like the heart rate monitoring it allows me to know when to push and when to back off a bit. 72nd street is a great studio - the staff are all really friendly and seem to really enjoy their work and each other. They make every member feel important and welcome.
It is intense and it is always different, which is perfect for me because I get bored easily!
I like coming in and not knowing what exercises we will do. It breaks up the typical going to the gym and doing the same repetitive exercises.

Instructors helpful not too much

Dynamic with enthusiastic coaching. Quality, clean equipment. Very friendly staff. And as a numbers person, I love the seamless integration of technology and data collection into the workout.
Its a full body workout and is dedicated to each individuals goals. The instructors are very nice and know what theybare doing.
Great experience! I have been to studios through the US and this was my favorite (except my home studio of course!) great front desk energy, great instructor who was very engaged.
The challenge
It was challenging but not intimidating. I never felt overwhelmed but i could see that i was getting a good workout. I love all the stats (heart rate, distance, calorie burn)! The staff that i met is the most supportive group of women Ive met in a long time.

I appreciate that it is possible to start Orange Theory at any level of fitness and then push towards improved strength and endurance with gradually increasing challenges. I always feel great after class.

Coach was great! Amazing workout.
The coaches push me farther than I can push myself in the gym. The mix between the cardio and weights is the perfect combination for me who is trying to keep my muscle mass but shred some weight!
