Instructors are awesome. I like the results. I love everything about Orangetheory. It keeps me in the best shape I’ve ever been. OrangeTheory is the best thing that’s ever happened to me!

What do you like about our workout?

Really enjoy the high energy I felt while visiting OTF at Chelsea. Big shout out to Coach Nathalia!! She really pushed me to get into the Orange Zone!! Her motivation took me to a whole new level!!
Gotta love the amazing staff that made me feel so welcome!!! I plan on coming back and taking a lot more classes on my travels to NYC!!

What do you like about our workout?

OTF pushes me to the next level of fitness and I’m getting great results. The heart rate tracking is incredibly motivating. The workout is incredibly varied with free weights, TRX, rowing and treadmill. Thanks to OTF, I don’t need to renew my package with my personal trainer!

I like the variety of the exercises and very appealing to me is that the majority of the class is spent actually working out and not listening to the instructors explain the exercises.

Trevor was extremely motivating. I love working out in a group and he added a ton more motivation to the setting. The atmosphere of OT was like no other. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this place to others.

I love that I always get a good workout. I’ve never walked away and felt like it was a waste of time. Plus, the music and environment is fun and energetic.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the coaches and the staff is amazing and I enjoy switching from floor to tread to tower throughout the class because it makes it enjoyable and effective and I never get bored. I lost almost ten pounds, but more importantly, I’m in the best shape and mindset I’ve been in years. 😃
