OTF pushes me to the next level of fitness and I’m getting great results. The heart rate tracking is incredibly motivating. The workout is incredibly varied with free weights, TRX, rowing and treadmill. Thanks to OTF, I don’t need to renew my package with my personal trainer!

I like the variety of the exercises and very appealing to me is that the majority of the class is spent actually working out and not listening to the instructors explain the exercises.
Was no boring... enjoyed the times we got to move around and try different workouts... Great pace. Would prefer a location on the UES.

Trevor was extremely motivating. I love working out in a group and he added a ton more motivation to the setting. The atmosphere of OT was like no other. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this place to others.
I love that I always get a good workout. I’ve never walked away and felt like it was a waste of time. Plus, the music and environment is fun and energetic.

(The only reason it is not a “10” is because It has gotten quite crowded with the 3X rotation. I understand it makes business sense!)
I love the coaches and the staff is amazing and I enjoy switching from floor to tread to tower throughout the class because it makes it enjoyable and effective and I never get bored. I lost almost ten pounds, but more importantly, I’m in the best shape and mindset I’ve been in years. 😃
