It is always a great workout!
I like how you can come to class and not have to worry about what to do. It is all planned out for you. I like the mix of the workouts, as no one day is exactly the same. I like the team atmosphere. And the coaches are great. I love their attitude and encouragement. It also is great when they play the right music to give you that extra push.
Honestly, it's a workout that I did not think I would like. I have never liked to run and I had never tried rowing. My friend would not stop asking me to try it and I finally tried a class just to shut her up! And I loved it immediately and I still do! It's such a great workout, monitoring your heart rate is so motivating and the coaches are awesome!
OTF is the only “gym” that’s ever really worked for me. It’s never boring and you see results! Great coaches and very motivating!

I love the coaches and the way they push us. My only wish (why its not a 10) is that I wish we knew what type of workout was scheduled for that day (endurance, strength, etc) before going to the class.
