I love the combination of cardio and weights. Matt - the coach I had on Thursday--is great as he gives clear instructions and he is very motivating. I love that I don't have to think about what to do--I just follow the guidance of the OTF coaches and then I know I'm getting a great workout.
I love the coaches at OrangeTheory--they are so knowledgeable and fun! They make the time fly through your workouts! OTF workouts are the best because you hit all body parts by combining strength training with cardio. If you attend on a regular basis, you build muscle mass and decrease body fat, improving your heart health, sleep quality, and energy levels. I recommend OrangeTheory to all my friends regardless of their age or fitness level because there are workout modifications and options for everyone!

I like everything about the studio. The front desk staff is so friendly and are always in great moods and smiling. I absolutely love both Emily and Amy as coaches. They are so motivating and encouraging. The studio is always clean.

I love OTF Harrisburg because of the coaches, staff, and community I have experienced. I enjoy that the coaches push quality over quantity. I enjoy the time on the treadmill, rower and floor for strength training. I love how you can see your heart rate, calories burned and splats earned on the monitor.

OTF fills a void I've had in my fitness program which is that hard push I don't do to myself when running outside or on the treadmill at home or lifting in our home gym. It also is a motivating, welcoming space I look forward to being at every week! Thank you OTF for helping me be a better version of myself.
What I like about my workout at Orangetheory is the ability to challenge myself. I love the way I am able to show up and push myself each workout. I love that Orangetheory not only works your physical but it strengthens your mind as well. The bonus is the wonderful and supportive coaches who show up with you and motivate you to keep going. Overall, Orangetheory is more than a gym; it is an experience that leaves you wanting to come back again just to be a better version than the last.

Great overall workout
I like that I can go at my pace and push myself when I’m feeling 100%. You can adjust the workouts to fit your needs. Love the regular 60 minutes classes and doing one of the lift classes a week.
The staff and coaches are always so nice and supportive which always makes my day.
