Inspiring and motivating.!
Orangetheory is my go-to workout because I could never replicate the classes on my own. Well, I could, but human nature would take over and I wouldn’t push myself as hard. It’s competitive in the sense you’re trying to top your previous numbers and performance. The splat point system gamifies the experience and gets you motivated. You’re also meeting people of all ages and backgrounds and having fun. And let’s not forget the awesome coaches who help with form and encouragement. I will always do this workout because it’s never the same each day!
I love the variety of workouts that OTF provides! There is an opportunity to increase endurance and strength, and the benchmarks help to see your progress over time, which is motivating!

I like the workouts are always changing, others working out along side you, and music that fits the workout intensity. I do not like all the coaches leaving since locations were bought out.

I’m told what to do so don’t have to think about it… since I’m not that comfortable in a gym with machines I’m not sure how to operate.

Quick, consistent without being boring. Good all around workout for all levels.
The coaches made all the difference in their enthusiasm, workout cues (i.e. mods or weight suggestions), and their playlists to keep the momentum going. The workout templates are great for walking in and focusing on myself for one hour. I love OTF!
Being a member of this Orange Theory is awesome! The staff is patient, helpful, and truly cares about your experience, whether you're a guest or a member.
The coaches are amazing! Each one incorporates their own personality into the class all while skillfully pushing you out of your comfort zone to ensure you're not getting injured but helping build greater endurance.

Very individual but in a group. The 60 min go by fast. It is different every day
The atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and motivating including the coaches. The workouts always challenge me and it a experience I could never have in a traditional gym environment.
The fact we get a little cardio and a chance to work out with weights in an hour. I love the Lift45 classes too!
