The workouts are effective at strengthening the entire body. The coaches tell you how long an intensity will last and encourage you to hang on and challenge yourself. I’m seeing great results from my 3 months of regularly attending classes.

I tried Club Pilates because I thought it would be easier on my aging joints. The classes were limited on ability. I am plus size and did not fit in the equipment comfortably. It took several classes for a coach to offer me a modification. Coaches made it up as they went along. No set routines or scientific basis. I really appreciate how OTF is inclusive, how coaches pay attention and help out! I love that I can go to any class anywhere and be welcomed as a member of OTF! Thank you Mooresville and thank you OTF!

OTF Harrisburg is awesome! Staff is very warm and welcoming, and the culture there is vibrant. I’ve done 2 workouts now, both with coach Aric and he is the G.O.A.T! Both have been outstanding and left me feeling like I got a really good workout in. Aric’s music is fire, the coaching was clear so I never felt lost or confused, and there’s funny & encouraging casual banter amongst the class & coach during the workout which I really like. My wife has been going to OTF for over a year now and also absolutely loves it. Harrisburg in particular has gone above and beyond to accommodate us on several occasions and deserves a special shout-out. Overall very satisfied with my OTF journey so far!

The encouragement from the coaches. Coach Christy is the absolute best! She checks in with the new people and makes sure they’re understanding how to use the equipment, she corrects your form, and checks in with you (if needed) at the end of the workout. Overall, the entire staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the policies and program.
