Love OTF Ballantyne! The coaches and staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is spacious and well laid out. The workouts are are challenging, but doable and they always offer modifications to meet you where you’re at. I’ve been a member for 5+ years and still love it just as much as I did in the beginning. Absolutely give them a try if you’re on the fence about starting a new routine!

Coaches make it fun, and they dont push you too hard; just hard enough. The class feels more like a community rather than a competition, which is great.
I love OTF because it makes you feel like you accomplished something at your level and comfort zone. A lot of gyms build a culture where unless you’re extremely fit and in shape, you don’t belong. Here, the coaches are supportive of you doing your best where you are, rather than an idealized version of where you should be. This welcoming environment builds confidence and makes it attractive to go again and again. This workout is usually the best part of my day—because I achieved it all by myself.

Orange Theory is the only workout I’ve been able to stick with without getting bored and quitting. The workouts, coaches and music keep me coming back week after week!
I love the indirect competition- although everyone is going at their own pace, you still don’t want to be the first person to give up ;-) I love the music, love the variety of exercises, love the encouraging coaches and just love everything about it!!
