What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact I seem to be able to push myself which is harder to do solo. I like the versatility of the workouts as an older athlete I feel it helps my functional strenghth and I recover faster.

HIT workouts. Treadmill, rower, weight floor. Variety of workouts to challenge you. Great coaches. If you need to modify or have any injuries, they show you what to do to help you workout safely. Very clean gym. Benchmarks that help you measure your progression. All different levels in your exercise journey - beginners to advanced. You work at your pace. Friendly staff. Great place to start your fitness journey. You will be amazed at what you can do!

Great coaches who encourage and adapt on the spot. Fun atmosphere. No judgement. Changing routines with explicit instructions so I don't have to think.

What do you like about our workout?

OrangeTheory workouts are very well planned. The workouts challenge you to push your limits, while also giving you time to catch your breath so you can constantly increase speed and incline on the treadmill, weights on the weight floor, and drive on the rower. The coaches encourage you along the way and always make you feel welcome. I started OrangeTheory in December of 2022 and in just one month it has changed my life.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact that the instructors are knowledgeable and prepared with the routines/exercises they want us to perform. That takes the 'thinking' out of the equation and all i have to do is follow their instructions.

Also, instructors at this location have been very welcoming/nice and attentive. They will point out if someone is doing something wrong. Specifically, in my opinion the following instructors have been amazing to work with: Meghan, Izzy, Jonathan. They are welcoming and polite and deserve a special recognition. I think 2 of these may not be working there anymore which is a big loss. 😔

What do you like about our workout?

I like the structure of the classes. I like that the coach corrects your form when needed, or gives alternative exercise. I like the variety of the workouts. I also appreciate how clean the facility is.
