I have been consistently working out at orangetheory for 4 years. I have never consistently worked out in my entire 60 year life. It's fun working out with other people it's really encouraging when everyone's doing the same thing at the same time! I love the variety of music every time we come in something different!!
I love everything about orange theory. It’s a full body, high intensity workout. The facilities are super clean, the trainers are welcoming and make you feel part of a community.
coaches are great, variabilty- just wish there were afternoon classes/an afternoon class on weekends!

I like the 3g set up most as to avoid a 30 minute burn out on the treadmill
I enjoy the workout activities, but the daily changes in workout intensity and positive encouragement from the coaches is what seals the deal for me. I also like the fact that there are specific “challenge” days set up for personal bests (for running, rower etc) to help you push yourself to increase your fitness level. This is a great program that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Love the motivating coaches. Plus, every day offers a different workout so you never know what you're going to get when you walk through the door.

I need the classes. I don’t do well on my own.
What don't I like? It's a lot of fun, and I love the coaches. I've learned a lot about having good form when lifting weights and rowing, and I feel myself getting stronger every day. Joining OT was the best decision I've made in the last year.
Coaches are great, facility and equipment are great, fairly easy to get in a class.
The entire staff is welcoming and encouraging. We just moved to the state and don’t know anyone, so it’s nice to see friendly and familiar faces when we come in to workout!
Every workout is different. OT has helped me regain a lot more balance and strength. I have felt stronger and stronger as the weeks have gone by. And, I love the mix of music every time I attend a class. Thank you! Thank you!
The instructors are all really high energy, positive people. They make the workouts fun and also help adjust them for your limitations. I feel I push myself more in an Orangetheory class than I would if I were on my own.
It’s easier for me to follow a workout then go to the gym and do one myself.
It’s tough but doable even at 60! I love the instructors. If I can’t do a specific exercise they provide options. I feel better and stronger🙏👍
Friendly community. I enjoy all the good vibes from coach, staffs, members. It’s an encouraged environment and I always get good vibes in many different ways to attend in OTF
