I don’t have to think.
I love that I don't have to think about what I am going to do for a workout. It's all designed for you. I am a group fitness kind of person and OTF is exactly what works for me. I tell everyone I know about Orange Theory. The coaches are motivating and there is such a sense of community. I can't imagine not having OTF in my life.
Workouts are always challenging. I prefer the 2G and the 90 minute sessions. You will build strength and endurance if you are attending on a regular basis.

It's challenging, balanced workout of both cardio and strength training, convenient - I don't have to think about planning the workout since it's all pre-planned, coaches are great for correcting form
Everything! The coaches are motivating and helpful. The workouts are tough but do-able. It’s an hour where I don’t have to think, I just do. And at the end I feel so accomplished and proud of myself. I’ve never stuck with anything when it comes to exercise, but I’m hooked on OTF!!

Kristina is a great coach! She’s clear with her workout instructions and is always cheering us on.
The Orangetheory workout is very well organized and it pushes me to the max every time.

It helps me stay motivated and in the gym. It’s also shaved several minutes off my mile in a short time.
You see results quickly & the workouts are fun. It’s also nice having a coach there to spot you on your form, too. My form has gotten a lot better because of it.
Consistent and challenging workouts with motivating coaches who make it all fun!
I love the following in the order listed:
1. The coaches - esp. Mel and Faisal - just the amount of feedback, encouragement and support, without being too over the top. They have been wonderful as I learn the weight floor exercises and general frameworks of the workouts.
2. Timing - the earliest morning classes fit so well with my schedule. I also enjoy exercising in the morning. I feel so accomplished walking out of class with my splat points.
3. My classmates - everyone is so encouraging. I think this is fostered by the coaches and the nature of the feedback. "Publishing" peoples' level of hard work through the heart rate zones makes it obvious that no matter what you level of fitness, everyone is working hard. It is hard NOT to respect that.
4. Results - I have gained muscle and lost fat. More importantly I have improved my strength, power and endurance. I sleep better and have more energy and have developed better eating habits. I'm taking better care of myself all around.
