Every workout is different, combination of resistance, training and cardio is excellent, love to compete against myself, and not the other people, love the loud pounding music, so I don’t have to talk to anybody, enjoy the coaches

Wonderful coaches and an excellent workout. In and out in an hour. I like having someone else tell me what to do. Takes away the pressure of planning my workouts.
While I haven't been much because of other obligations and the holidays, I love the workout concept that OT offers. The coach guided workouts offer the sense of accountability when I show up at the gym and it is just what I need to push myself to get the best workout possible. The accountability factor of having a coach in the gym and the real time data of heartrate, splat points, calories and levels of work out always leave me knowing that I did my best at that workout. I enjoy the energy of the coaches and the encouragement they offer.

I LOVE that the workouts are always different! I also love the mix of cardio and strength that we get. Absolutely LOVE the coaches, the orange lights and the loud music! It is seriously my happy place!!

Very good coaches that are friendly, and free to answer questions. For some clients it may help to have a bit more coaching on the floor.

The coaches! I also need the accountability of signing up although it ends up biting me in the butt when I’ve been sick and late cancelled.
I love OT! I can choose from a variety of class times all day long, 7 days a week with awesome, motivating coaches and other classmates who care about being fit. I really like the variety of classes so it’s never boring & I very quickly saw an improvement in my cardiovascular capacity (and keep improving.) My body is feeling stronger every day. Most importantly, I feel great after class!
