I really can’t wait to get to class. The staff when you first walk in are so helpful and welcoming. The coaches are excellent, knowledgeable and motivating. The camaraderie with the other members combined with the daily workout challenges is so fun and engaging. Most importantly this format gets results. I’m thrilled with how I feel in my clothes now.

I love the mix of treadmill cardio and weights. I also love the energy and music.
The timed structure of each workout, with a coach talking through each phase/time change, which forces a pace/work and provides guidance, which ensures no loafing. The templates always change. I’ve lost 13 pounds and have regained functional strength and mobility, and have taken 3 minutes off mile time and have regained early 20s running ability at nearly age 49 post-heart attack! Also the staff is so nice.
