I like that the workouts are diverse and clear instructions are provided by the coaches to insure the exercises are done correctly.
The staff and coaches create such a welcoming and empowering environment. I was uncertain what to expect, but they made me feel so prepared. I wasn't able to finish my first workout and they immediately made me comfortable to come back and give it another go.

The workouts are always challenging. They cover all aspects of fitness. From the moment you walk in the door everything is always done first class.

I love the variety of exercises you're expose to - when I'm on my own at the gym I tend to fall into a rut of using the same routine over and over. The presence of a coach in the space is helpful to correct form, hold us accountable, and keep energy high. Plus the Detroit studio has a great community- it's always motivating to be surrounded by other people who you get to know over time.
But me personally... I'm a runner! The coached portions on the treadmill help me increase my paces over time to get faster on and off the tread.
I absolutely love everything about my workout, the cleanliness of the facility, the staff, even my fellow 6am’ers make a family and I love that
I like that it's an overall workout and that I never get bored. The instructors at Brighton are amazing! Very friendly and provide guidance when I need it. I have never been able to stick to a gym workout but with Orange Theory I look forward to my workouts. This has been a game changer for me physically and mentally.

The coaches are nice and very motivational! The front office staff is very nice as well! I have being going to OTF for over 2 years now and I love it. I don’t like working out on my own so the OTF classes work for me!
