Motivating and challenging
I love the format. Cardio and lifting with options to do just strength or just tread for a day or 2 a week is such a bonus!
I like that I can crush 900 calories in a class, working total body in 15 or 23 minute blocks. I like benchmark days, so I can see if my fitness level is improved, and motivates me to get after it and push through the fatigue. I like having different coaches, who bring different levels of accountability and critiques. Its expensive, but i’ve been able to justify so far.
That you can do it at your pace and that trainers are wonderful. They REMEMBER your name and encourage you..:)
I love how motivating they are! I love the coach leading us, being able to see our hear rate, splat points and progress and knowing there is room for everyone no matter our fitness journey! I also love how the tread, row, and floor break it up and the class goes by so fast! The classes are so invigorating!
Coaches and group work outs.
I like that the workouts are focused on individual performance and focus on heart rate training . The coaches are very motivational and the benchmark challenges help me to set goals for myself.
I love the workouts because there is never any guess work. I can just turn off my brain and tune into my body. I also love the motivation provided by the coaches and the vibe in the studio overall. It gives me all the happy feelings when I come to class!
I just loved Anthony’s energy, presence and enthusiasm. He sold me on coming back to OT!

They're fast paced and easy for anyone to do. I'm not a runner so I was apprehensive about joining but I stuck with it for almost 2 years now. I feel like they're just enough of a workout that I don't feel sore the next day but I feel like its working.

The staff and the members! I like that OTF Lake Orión likes to celebrate and interact with members outside the studio for kickoffs, etc. 😍
I like that once I’m signed up, I’m committed to going. I love the combo of tread and weights. I also do much better in a class environment in general. I’m not nearly as motivated on my own. OrangeTheory is fool proof and fun!

I love the way I feel when I finish an OT class! 60 minutes fly by! I would never work as efficiently and hard as I do in a class. I also love how I do not get hurt like I would if I was working alone😊

The workout variety
After working out almost exclusively on my own, the guided treadmill and weight workouts are a great change of pace and extra motivations.
The variety of treadmill, row and weights workouts has been fun to experience.
We’ve interacted with 3 coaches at OTF Shelby so far (Brian, Betty and Morgan) and they’re all fun, instructive and motivating.
