I like that it forces me to change up my workout routine. Before OT I would go to the gym and do the same workouts that I feel like I've been doing for 16 years. Also doing OT makes me do the things I hate the most, cardio and legs.

I love that I fit in there. It’s scary going to gyms where you don’t always know what to do, and everyone seems more fit than you. But at Orange Theory, there is no competition with anyone else, and there are people of all body types and sizes and all levels of fitness, so everyone is included and you never feel less than anyone else because of your size or level of fitness.
