Orange Theory is one of the best workouts I have ever done, hands down. I am not an athlete, and I have really struggled with working out over the years, in fact I kind of hated it. But ever since joining Orange Theory this year that has changed. It is definitely a hard work out, but it is fun, the music is great, I get encouraged but not pressured, and I am getting stronger and running faster than I ever have. I mean, I ran 10 miles per hour the other day! Granted it was only for 30 seconds, but still!! I come from a 30 minute mile, so pretty SLOW, lol. 10 out of 10 for Orange Theory, DEFINITELY!! :-D
I love how tough the workouts are and having a trainer coach you through them. I’m bad at motivating myself and having the trainer definitely helps keep me from giving up.
The variety! The coaches! The accountability!
I like the structured approach, however, there could be better music.
I loved the energy and workout combinations! Coaches were very helpful! The timings didn't work for me and it got difficult with college work..
