Great trainers, especially Angie who is always first to motivate and correct you to get the most out of the exercise (Go, Angie!). Classes usually do not have a waitlist so you can schedule even a day in advance. There's parking right next to the building. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Very much recommended location.
I love that it incorporates cardio and weight training.
