Good workout structure and instructor.
Orange theory hits a lot of good marks. The workouts are all focused on high-burn activities, but makes them HIIT to allow for strength building as well. The penalty for missing a class provides some much-needed external forcing mechanisms. The workouts have a similar structure but vary by week and day to avoid fatigue. Re 14th street specifically, the instructors have both been excellent. It's sort of a perfect workout design.

I enjoyed having a full on focused workout for 60 minutes. The 3 stations break up the time and it goes by quickly!

I feel like I have a personal trainer. The variety of the workouts and music make this OTF so fun, and also challenging yet doable. Each class I am able to push myself a little harder by the awesome motivation and guidance from the team of coaches.

It’s a great work out and I find myself looking forward to the next class, which is new territory for me as I don’t really like to exercise, lol. The work outs change often so I am not bored. It is intense, I work hard and I sweat a lot which makes me feel accomplished. I also love seeing my stats on the screen and competing with myself. One of the best work out classes I have ever done.
I like being able to look at my stats throughout the workout - it motivates me to push myself. I also like block structure - it mixes things up which I enjoy.

Love, Love, Love OTF! In 1 hour you get everything you want from a workout and more. Classes are always different and challenging, so you never get bored of it. Instructors are amazing, they pay attention to your form and are super encouraging.

Love OTF Cap Hill! The coaches and staff are always so nice and welcoming. The workouts are tough but with great coaches cheering you along it makes it fun.
