It works out all parts of your body. The heart rate monitor helps you know how much you're pushing and provides useful info for the app. The app is very helpful and I like looking at the history of classes I've attended. I also like the data from the body scan. Finally, the workout music helps a lot.
It challenges you and pushes you to YOUR limit, not a predetermined one.
Still the best one-stop shop for a great workout anywhere. 50 minutes of coached running, rowing, and weight sets. Supportive staff and immaculately clean facility. It's the best part of my day.

I love the front desk staff who are pleasant and connect with you by knowing your name. Thei uber supportive as well. Coach Everett flat out rocks! His "someone is fueling off your energy" is a great motivator.

The challenge
I like that it is structured and that there are specific indications for each stage of the work out. I also like that everybody works hard and no one is there to check anyone out.
Great coaches tell me what to do when, provide feedback to make corrections, and help motivate me while at the same time I can set my own pace without humiliation. It’s the perfect way for me to exercise.

I love the group atmosphere, how fast the workout goes (not doing the same thing for too long), I love being competitive with myself (and sometimes others when I look at their color zones or splat points), and I love how strong I feel - I always feel like I can push a little more. The best trainers too!
I love the variety of the workouts, love 2G classes, I wish the coaches would be more hands-on during the floor exercises to make sure proper technique is being used.
