It is fun but challenging. I can see my physical progress over time. The community is equally as important to note. Everyone is nice and supportive. The coaches are motivational and if you become a regular, they get to know you and push you.

i enjoy how motivated I am to attend the classes, how I can schedule a class to fit my scheduling, the trainers who always bring great enthusiasm and motivation, how they know me as an individual, the social get togethers outside class, the music is always good and engaging, how the routines change to keep all my muscle groups challenged and not monotonous and how well I feel getting stronger and healthier.
The coaches are great! And the workouts are never the same, you never get bored!
The results! I recently went on vacation and felt strong and fit in so many ways. For example, I found it easy to lift my heavy carry on bag into the overhead compartment on the airplane. Also I had no problem keeping up on hikes up mountains and on long walking tours with much younger family members.
I like that I survived it. I like the camaraderie.

I originally was doing orangetheory in California in Marina del Rey and Playa Vista.
Then I moved to Connecticut and now am attending this one in West Hartford.
I wish this location wasn't in a super crowded parking lot. (Reminds me of LA again lol)
I really also wish they would open one up in Farmington it would be the perfect middle between Glastonbury and West Hartford.
They are effective.
