Set time and the circuit
The trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Even when the room is full to capacity they take time to help when you need it. The workout is intense and highly targeted to build endurance, muscle mass, and improve cardio vascular health.
First, I love going to class with my partner because we are accountable for each other.
Second, I love the base, push, all-out philosophy. Our bodies are meant to operate at different levels, and we can experience them all in 60 minutes with a lot of sweat equity in the bank.
Finally, the community. The coaches genuinely care about the lives of those they lead in class; the sales associates always greet you with smiles and hyped-up music in the lobby, the management team who keep our community alive (and open) and of course - the other members!!!

EVERYTHING! I love the pacing, the variety, the fun. I love the science and “stats” coming at you in real time—it turns every workout into a game! Most of all, I love the friendly coaches, staff, and fellow members—they always give a great balance of attention, independence, and support.
…and you know what doesn’t hurt? There’s always a challenge, a theme, or a contest going on (or right around the corner) to keep things interesting! Whenever I’m wrapping up an hour at Orangetheory Ridgefield, it feels less like “finishing” my workout and more like “WINNING” my workout!
I enjoy the "bootcamp" vibe to the workouts. You're in a team environment but it's very much an individual journey!

Challenging but fun, coaches are upbeat and encouraging, walk right in and get started and before you know it you are finished! Wonderful way to start the day!

Overall, I really love coming to OTF in WeHa! Michelle and Christy are the absolute best and part of the reason as to why I keep coming back. The workouts have also been really good in 2023 as compared to some in 2022. I enjoy the new staff that is behind the desk; they are very friendly and happy to be there, which is great!
Wishlist... if I had to have one:
1. Don't charge for the extra challenges. To me, for the price of the membership alone, that should be a "perk" for the all access subscribers.
2. PLEASE upgrade the treadmills and rowing machines. Every week there seems to be one of them that needs "fixing".
I have enjoyed the ever evolving workouts to keep it interesting and not monotonous. They also are ever attempting to Motivate me

I have been a member now for a month and I’m so glad that I joined. The location and class times work great with my schedule and I love the coaches that I’ve had thus far. Great front end staff and very clean facility as well.

Just show up and you are getting a full body workout
New coaches Adrian and Nosh have brought life back to the Shelton studio. The front staff and studio manager Gia are engaging and attentive. What I have always liked about the OrangeTheory workout is the set and forget it! I don't have to plan a workout it's already done for me. I just have to follow the template and listen to my coach. Having coaches that are energetic and really focused on every member is a must and as I stated both of these coaches prove time and time again they are the real deal.
I like that I am pushed harder than if I were to go to the Gym alone. I also like that I am able to push myself as i am able or up for it.
